Stress & Gluten Free Vegan Thanksgiving

Relax Thanksgiving is in the Freezer!

 

Are butter, buns, and birds off your Thanksgiving menu?  No problem!   I have been cooking up a storm to get some delicious vegan gluten free meals in the freezer.  The great thing about freezer meals is that I can make two or three goodies a week, instead of trying to make everything in two days.  So what freezer hardy foods are Thanksgiving worthy menu venue?

I freezer tested all of them (Except the brussel sprouts.  The brussel sprouts. should be roasted right before dinner).  Thanksgiving here I come!  Bye bye two days of intense stress and mess.  I get to do fun things with the kids and the only turkeys will be the silly people at the table (that’s me).  Gobble…Gobble…
